The Board of Trustees
The Bergesen Foundation’s Board of Trustees consists of seven members.
The Board is responsible for the efficient and competent running of the Foundation and the fulfilment of its purpose. This means that:
- The Foundation's assets should be managed in such a way that they deliver a secure and sound return
- Grants should only be awarded to projects that fulfil the Foundation’s purpose
- The Foundation must be run in a transparent and trust-building way.
