Application Guidelines
We recommend that all applicants familiarize themselves with The Bergesen Foundation's Application guidelines before submitting an application. On the tab “Apply for Funding” you will also find other important information about how to apply, the type of projects we support, the application process and the reporting requirements should your application be successful.
- To submit an application, all applicants have to create a user profile on soknad.bergesenstiftelsen.no. The application portal will be active from the first application cycle in the 2022 application schedule. The portal does not contain applications from earlier years.
- The Bergesen Foundation only accepts applications submitted in the digital application form via the application portal.
- Note that the application deadline is always 12 noon. This is to ensure applicants can reach the administrators on the phone with any questions. It is not possible to submit applications after 12 noon on the closing date. Any applications that miss the deadline must be submitted in line with the next deadline. Therefore, it is important to apply well ahead of the deadline.
The applicant is responsible for setting aside sufficient time to fill in and submit the application. Problems you may have with faulty computer equipment, internet access issues (network), etc., do not enable us to extend the deadline.
